Responsibilities & Job Duties:

• Working with cross-functional teams, create and manage release and iteration plans for agile projects.

Responsibilities & Job Duties:

• Direct management of the Customer Service staff.

• Insure the CS meets its Service Level Agreements - managing staff and tools to properly allocate and distribute resources as needed.

• Configure and deploy new switches, routers, firewalls, and VPN devices.

Responsibilities & Job Duties:

• Act as evangelist for product through regular online publishing to web portals, social media, YouTube and forums. Build and cultivate an online community of abundant users.

• Generate compelling and engaging copy and provide creative direction for brand websites, social media, email blasts, etc. to promote products and keep our users informed.

• Coordinate and manage community forums and forum moderators, as well as Facebook, YouTube and blog comments. Act as tier 1 moderator for forums.

• Monitor community activity and provide feedback to Marcom and Product Management teams.
