Responsibilities & Job Duties:

• The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for building marketing plans, positioning, audience, and asset creation for PWE’s key game franchises

• Build and execute online customer acquisition strategies for live and in-development games

• Develop clear consumer messaging for key product rollouts

• Own audience and related marketing KPIs

• Partner closely with other marketing partners (communications, creative, online), production, and development teams. Drive close collaboration with EU marketing team

• Work with development and production to support game and features roadmap in order to achieve franchise vision and deliver against plan and targets

• Develop asset kits with creative team, managing key stakeholder feedback and maintaining brand integrity

• Continuously improve/promote multi-channel offerings, build creative and engaging marketing campaigns, and optimize ROI on marketing initiatives

• Provide analysis and long-term strategic thinking to direct product development roadmap

• Gather insights to support product and marketing decisions.


• BA in Business/Marketing, Economics, or other related field

• 5+ years of relevant marketing experience

• Must have product launch experience, and at least one completed launch. Experience with MMOs or RPGs strongly desired

• Demonstrable experience in building compelling product messaging, positioning, and marketing plans

• Experience managing a significant brand or a portfolio of smaller brands

• Online, D2C, and social marketing experience a plus

• Understanding and experience with microtransactional/F2P business model and monetization

• Must have strong interest in and knowledge of games

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including cross-functional management experience

• Very comfortable with both qualitative and quantitative analysis, and capable of using analytics to drive development of business cases and product development.

Responsibilities & Job Duties:

• This is a VFX position in which the candidate will be responsible for a wide array of visual effects. The candidate must be both organized and artistic, as they will be responsible for the majority of the visual effects for the current project. The ideal candidate works well in an environment of peers who are passionate about making great games. This position is part of our Mobile Development team.

• - Create sprite animations in 2D software such as Photoshop and After Effects

• - Create 3D particle effects in Unity.

• - Work to optimize, fix problems, and polish VFX assets in a highly iterative development process.

• - Give input into the art direction of the project as it relates to VFX and other related areas.


• - Exceptional skill and experience in animating 2D assets for use in a 3D environment such as sprite sheets or other texture animation.

• - Exceptional skill and experience in particle systems, and other 3D VFX simulations.

• - At least 3 years of VFX experience in the game industry.

• - Experience in optimizing VFX for mobile platforms.

• - A thorough understanding of game development pipelines in the conceptual, implementation, and polish phases.

• - The ability to effectively collaborate with people that have both technical and creative disciplines.

• - Self-motivation, great communication skills, and an excellent team-player attitude.

• - Skills in other 3D disciplines, 2D disciplines, or sound/video integration, is a plus.
